La Paillote is the meeting place for Bretteville-sur-Ay beach. You can have a drink with an aperitif board, play a game of pétanque on the brand new pitch and its grocery store side is a great help for locals and holidaymakers alike. There is even a baguette distributor in the parking lot. This bar is open seasonally and is located a few meters from the beach.
